This program consists of 14 sessions where teens will learn and practice effective social skills, such as improving social cognition, how to manage peer rejection and conflict, how to identify and make new friendships, recovering from a bad reputation, and more.
UCLA PEERS Clinic developed this evidence-based, highly effective program that has changed many lives. PEERS teaches teens and parents proven strategies improving social functioning impacting friendships and relationships.
Harbor Mental Wellness uses the UCLA PEERS curriculum and our program mirrors the UCLA PEERS Program. Diana LIebner, PMHNP-BC, is a PEERS Provider.
